ORDERS WITH FREE SHIPPING 

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be delivered. You can check your tracking number for updates or email us. 

ORDERS WITH EXPRESS SHIPPING:

Your order is a policy and will arrive within 1-3 business days. If you select express shipping and we are not able to meet the time shown due to a delay, we will automatically refund the cost of shipping. As of now, kids' sizes and any sizes above 2XL are not available for express shipping

Please note, once we ship your package, we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier, they are responsible for claim & locating packages 

Once we receive your order, please allow 24 to 48 hours for payment processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time unless otherwise stated in the product depression. Since some items are made to order in our HQ, we have to ensure all payments are successful and not fraudulent prior to fulfillment. Payment processing time is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination, once it has been fulfilled.

We ship orders through third party carries such as USPS, FEDEX & UPS. To ensure your packages arrives in the advertised time, please make sure address your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. DGK LLC Solutions and its subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect addresses, or misplaced packages. Once package has left our HQ, and in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the package. Please reach out the applicable carrier listed in your email/text conformation for further assistance. If you do not accept your package, and it is returned to the sender (Precise Credentials) you must cover Reshipping fees to have the packages returned to you with the shipping courier of your choice.
